Season

The swimming school starts on Tuesday 30 August 2022 and ends on Sunday 30 April 2023 (both days included) Teaching takes place at Trørød School every day (except Monday and Saturday), and for the very youngest swimmers at Rundforbi on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday .

Come on time

You must be changed and ready at the edge of the pool a few minutes before the lesson starts. And remember: you must NEVER enter the water without the coach having given the green light, not even when your team has finished. The lesson lasts 40 minutes. (30 min on mini teams and tadpoles) and includes both an introduction on land, warming up in water and swimming in the water.

Bring swimming equipment

You must remember clean swimwear, swimming and lifeguard goggles and a towel when you go swimming. If you are very cold, it might be a good idea to get a wetsuit.
